Aokautere Church is a popular venue for weddings, we have had over 400 weddings since the relocation of the church.  The church can seat around 100 people. You may bring your own marriage celebrant or one can be arranged through the church. 

An organ and piano are available if you wish to bring a musician.There is a large range of wedding decorations available e.g, Pew Decorations, Candles, Flowers, Lights. Feel free to bring your own decorations to decorate the church to your desire. The church is alarmed and has 24 hour video-surveillance operating. Our new heat pump air-conditions the church in the summer and heats in the winter to create a comfortable environment. Large gardens and trees also provide a nice place to have a picnic and spectacular wedding photos!
